SCOPE OF WORK: Pinnacle performed as Prime Contractor in this project that consisted of renovations to the Grove City Windsor Park Dream Field. This project started with clearing, grubbing, stripping the topsoil, grading, and adding stone placement for the ballfield and walking path. A new sanitary lift station, sewer lines, and water lines were also installed which was tapped into an existing water main offsite. A new asphalt handicap ballfield was set with new rubber tile along with new dugout canopies which were all wheelchair accessible for the Home and Away Teams. Of note, the rubber tile where specially engineered to reduce the impact should a wheelchair participant be separated from their wheelchair to avoid injury. At the end of the project Pinnacle restored the field with new spread soil, seed, and straw.
