Eric Glover’s appointment as President of Pinnacle Construction Development Group, Inc. marks the latest chapter in a distinguished 35+ year career in federal and commercial construction. His experience spans field leadership and executive management on some of the most complex and safety-critical projects at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) and secure government facilities throughout the region.
Eric’s path to the presidency was built from the ground up—literally. Beginning as a Superintendent, Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO), and Quality Control Manager (QCM), he earned a reputation for accountability, attention to detail, and steady, hands-on leadership. His work on multimillion-dollar utility and infrastructure projects—often under stringent compliance and security protocols—demonstrated his deep expertise in heavy civil scopes and federal construction standards.
At Pinnacle, Eric oversees day-to-day operations, project planning, estimating, compliance programs, and field execution while guiding the company’s long-term strategic direction. His ability to align teams, mitigate risks, and deliver high-quality results continues to drive Pinnacle’s performance across secure, occupied, and mission-critical environments.
Eric maintains certifications in OSHA 30, Construction Quality Management for Contractors (CQM), and EM 385-1-1 SSHO and Fall Protection training. His hands-on approach, combined with a deep understanding of government protocol and stakeholder coordination, has been critical in successfully completing high-profile, multimillion-dollar projects on time and within budget.
Off the jobsite, Eric is a devoted family man. He and his wife Helga have four daughters—Erica, Christina, Jessica, and Lisa—and are proud grandparents to Selena, Eric, Jagger, and Jaxon. A lifelong Dallas Cowboys fan and longtime youth basketball coach, Eric brings the same focus, grit, and mentorship from the court to every construction team he leads. Whether on the court or on a construction site, Eric is known for fostering trust, setting high standards, and inspiring those around him to perform at their best.
Scott Minerd’s position as a principal at Pinnacle Construction & Development Group, Inc. puts him at the apex of a 25-year career. Working largely in commercial retail early in his career, he pivoted to unique, complex, safety critical construction in 2007 and has not looked back. Scott’s journey has taken him from superintendent, project manager, director of operations and vice president for several construction firms, and president of his own. Minerd has started and grown several small construction industry businesses to their full potential.
Scott currently serves on the Board of Directors for both the Cleveland chapter of the Builders Exchange (BX) as well as The Ohio State University Civil Engineering Advisory Counsel for Department Chair, Dr. Allison MacKay.
Among the countless challenges he’s undertaken over the course of his career are federal judicial chambers, a U.S. Attorney’s office with seven levels of security, strip shopping centers, big-box stores for national retailers and a 23-story bank building in the heart of a major city.
Every step of the way, Minerd has exhibited his talent for leadership and P/L success and has shown enthusiasm and passion for the business. He’s also built a longstanding reputation for integrity. When Minerd is involved on a project, customers can be confident that their best interests are always his priority.
He makes the same demands of his people. He seeks out and nurtures team members who can meet the highest standards of integrity for every project and in every customer interaction.
Minerd holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, with independent study in structures. He has obtained and maintains his LEED certification for Building Design and Construction and has completed construction specific training, including all facets of OSHA 1926.
A true entrepreneur at heart, Scott enjoys starting new ventures, coaching, and mentoring other small business owners as well as giving back to the local community. Scott and his wife Deidra have two children, Lauren and Grayson. He enjoys working on his 1967 Camaro in his spare time and hopes one day it will finally get finished.
