Our Story

In 2000, Lynlee Altman founded Maintenance Solutions, Inc. with a vision to provide reliable construction solutions to the Federal Government. What began as a small business specializing in exterior building maintenance and commercial renovations quickly earned a reputation for quality workmanship and dependable service. As project opportunities grew, so did the company’s ambition. To better reflect its expanding capabilities, the name evolved into Pinnacle Construction Development Group, Inc. — marking the beginning of a new era in construction excellence.

In 2010, Lynlee met Scott Minerd, who shared her drive for innovation and operational excellence. The two joined forces in 2011, combining Lynlee’s foundation in federal contracting with Scott’s hands-on leadership and field experience. Under Scott’s guidance, Pinnacle expanded into a full-service general contracting firm with a strong self-performing civil division, Pinnacle Earthwork. When Lynlee retired in 2017 after 17 successful years, Scott continued to build upon her legacy, steering Pinnacle toward increasingly complex and safety-critical federal projects.

In 2025, a new chapter began as Eric Glover became President and Owner of Pinnacle, continuing the company’s proud legacy of leadership from within. Having been part of the Pinnacle team for nearly a decade prior, Eric was deeply rooted in the company’s culture, values, and mission long before taking the helm. His leadership journey — from Superintendent, SSHO, and QCM to executive management — reflects Pinnacle’s belief that its strongest leaders are built by learning and living its core values on the jobsite. With more than 35 years of experience in federal and commercial construction, including major work at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and other secure government facilities, Eric’s boots-on-the-ground approach and operational expertise continue to shape Pinnacle’s growth and success.

Today, Pinnacle Construction stands as a trusted partner to Federal agencies across the nation, delivering projects that demand precision, compliance, and collaboration. Pinnacle continues to be an industry leader in unique, complex, and safety-critical projects and takes great pride in our reputation of consistently delivering a quality product on time and within budget.
